Maycor Group, LLC (“Maycor,” “we,” “us”) is committed to respecting your right to privacy and protecting your information when you contact us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather through the seller inquiry form on this site, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place. This is a general-audience site; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

1. Information we collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it through our seller inquiry form:

The property address you are asking about, and what you would like from us: a cash offer, a listing estimate, or help deciding between the two.
Your name, phone number, and email address.
Details about the property and your plans: the condition of the home, how soon you want to sell, and any optional message you choose to write.
Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted and, if applicable, to receive text messages, along with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.
Basic technical information, such as the page you submitted from, the date and time, the website or campaign that referred you, and any property reference code from a sign or QR code you scanned. This helps us route and respond to your inquiry.

You do not need to provide every field. At a minimum we need the property address and one way to reach you, either a phone number or an email address.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer or listing estimate, and schedule or confirm any related communication.
To send follow-up communications about your inquiry or the property.
To keep internal records of communications and consent.
To improve our services.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate. These providers send email, manage inquiries, verify that a submission is not automated, and place calls or texts on our behalf, and they receive your information only as necessary to provide those services. When you type into the property address field, the address text is sent to our mapping provider to generate address suggestions. We may also disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or with your prior consent.

4. Affiliated Maycor companies

Maycor Group works alongside affiliated Maycor companies, and we may share your information with them so they can help with your inquiry. Whatever you asked for at the outset, any inquiry may become a listing matter as we learn more or as your plans change, and we may refer it at any point to Maycor Realty, an affiliated brokerage that operates under the brokerage oversight of eXp Realty. Maycor Group itself works independently of eXp Realty. Broadway Title Insurance Agency is an affiliated title partner that may be involved in a transaction resulting from your inquiry. We share information with these affiliates only to respond to your inquiry and to carry out a resulting transaction, not for their marketing purposes.

5. SMS consent and communications

If you opt in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Maycor Group about your inquiry, such as responses, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. SMS opt-in consent and the phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. 6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies to remember preferences and to collect general, aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you personally.

8. Security
